Raven Truck Accessories is a proudly Alberta‑owned retailer serving the aftermarket truck and Jeep accessory market since 1977. With seven stores across the province and a lineup of over 100 top manufacturers, we help customers build the truck of their dreams - from daily drivers to off‑road rigs.
We’re currently looking for a Counter Sales Representative with strong knowledge of truck suspension systems (leveling and lift kits) and tires to join our Red Deer team. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this role is ideal for someone with high energy, a positive attitude, and a passion for trucks.
What You’ll Do- Build strong relationships with walk‑in, phone, and email customers
- Recommend suspension, tires and accessory solutions based on customer needs
- Process orders accurately and ensure timely follow‑up
- Stay up to date on product lines, promotions, and new arrivals
- Maintain a clean, organized showroom and workspace
- Contribute to a positive, team‑driven environment
- Assist in daily store clerical tasks
- Solid knowledge of truck/Jeep suspension systems
- Familiarity with off‑road and recovery gear
- Wheels and tire product knowledge
- A proven track record in retail or counter sales
- Self‑motivated, team‑oriented mindset
- Automotive industry or truck accessory installation experience is a plus
