Position: Inside Sales Role
Join Stream-Flo in Red Deer as an Inside Sales Representative, where you will commit to outstanding customer service and streamline the order process for our clients.

This position requires a dedicated sales professional with 3-5 years of industry knowledge. You will manage incoming orders and inquiries efficiently while ensuring purchase orders and sales deliveries are in sync with company guidelines. Your organizational skills will aid in compiling well information and collaborating with sales teams from other locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries and orders

• Manage order process from start to finish

• Ensure accurate purchase order generation

• Maintain well files and service records

• Create timely quotations for wellhead equipment

Requirements:

• High School Diploma; post-secondary education beneficial

• 3-5 years industry experience

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Knowledge of wellhead equipment preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
