Sales Growth Manager - Masonry Products

In this role, you will be responsible for managing an assigned customer base and prospecting new opportunities. Your ability to leverage White Cap’s resources will be key to achieving sales growth targets. This position requires regular fieldwork exceeding 20% of the time, including vehicle operation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales by enhancing customer engagement and cross-selling
• Conduct field visits to nurture customer relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams for successful sales initiatives
• Troubleshoot and resolve service issues with customers
• Stay updated on masonry product knowledge for effective service
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 2-5 years of experience in sales or related roles
• Knowledge of Strategic Selling methodologies
• Strong understanding of masonry materials
• Experience in masonry or construction sales preferred
