In this role, you will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager while focusing on maintaining robust customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities in your territory. Regular travel will be required for direct engagement with clients, ensuring that you provide timely solutions and product knowledge that enhance customer loyalty and trust.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales growth for accounts within your assigned territory
• Establish new customer relations while managing existing ones
• Maintain up-to-date customer records per company standards
• Carry out merchandising programs and recommend product adjustments
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions
Requirements:
• High school diploma required; post-secondary is a plus
• Previous experience in sales, preferably building materials
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
