We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our Red Deer team. This role is ideal for someone with strong industry knowledge who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding service while driving sales.

• Manage day-to-day order desk activities, including quoting, order entry, and follow-ups
• Provide accurate pricing, product information, and availability to customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service
• Generate new business opportunities and support overall sales growth
• Prepare estimates for new and ongoing projects
• Negotiate pricing and close sales effectively
• Collaborate closely with outside sales and internal teams to meet and exceed targets
• Assist with additional branch duties and contribute to a team-focused environment

• Minimum 5 years of experience in oilfield supply (P, V &
  
  F)
• Strong knowledge of industrial and technical products
• Proven sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently
• Strong computer and system proficiency
• Commitment to responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
