As a Sales Manager, you will contribute significantly to the team by generating leads and closing sales agreements, processing payments, and building customer relationships. You will also support the General Manager and assist with logistical tasks including deliveries. Flexibility is required for the working hours and physical aspect of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive lead generation and close agreements
• Process payment renewals as needed
• Maintain the showroom floor with merchandise management
• Cultivate long-lasting relationships with customers and vendors
• Support the General Manager's operational tasks
Requirements:
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills essential
• Aptitude in marketing strategies required
• Desire to positively impact customer experiences
• Preferred:
Two years of college or management experience
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and meet DOT standards
