Lead sales in agricultural parts and services as an Outside Sales Representative. Cultivate relationships while delivering exceptional customer support and after-sales service.
This role requires a proactive approach to strengthening ties with both new and existing customers. You will assist in enhancing departmental performance, increase sales via regular customer visits, and stay on top of new promotions and product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strong customer relationships to boost satisfaction
• Increase profitability in Parts & Service departments
• Conduct prospecting and cold calling for new accounts
• Visit customers monthly as part of territory plan
• Maintain updated customer records and documentation
Requirements:
• Previous experience in agricultural sales
• Strong relationship management and communication abilities
• Proven ability to drive sales and provide support
• Effective time and territory management skills
• Open to ongoing training and development opportunities
