In this hybrid role lasting 15 months, you will manage critical relationships with local producers while developing a loan portfolio. You will tailor financing options that suit the diverse needs of clients, ensuring their success in the agriculture industry. Collaboration with various FCC departments will be key in this impactful position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Tailor financing packages to meet business requirements
• Ensure successful execution of loans and financial transactions
• Nurture relationships with FCC customers and partners
• Identify opportunities to expand the loan portfolio
• Travel to customer locations for on-site support
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, agriculture, or similar
• At least one year in ag finance, sales, or related experience
• Excellent communication skills, especially financially
• Strong relationship management capabilities
• Willingness to travel for customer engagements
Utilize your agricultural knowledge and financial skills at FCC to foster meaningful client relationships.
