In this results-oriented Sales Consultant role, you will interface with customers and deliver information about our top-selling vehicles. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll conduct test drives, manage client relationships, and strive to meet sales goals. Utilize effective customer relationship management tools to enhance efficiency and capitalize on opportunities for referral networks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain productive relationships with customers and staff
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction at all service levels
• Conduct informative vehicle presentations and test drives
• Overcome objections and secure sales through strategic conversations
• Keep accurate sales records and reports
Requirements:
• Valid Driver’s Licence with clean abstract
• Ability to obtain a valid AMVIC Licence
• Motivation to meet sales goals and customer needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn about vehicle models and features
