Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and expand sales in Central Alberta territory
• Meet with business owners to understand specific needs
• Present CFIB solutions that offer value and support
• Proactively generate leads through referrals and networking
• Develop lasting relationships with members
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience
• Strong communication skills and trust-building ability
• Goal-oriented and independent work attitude
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus
• Valid driver's license and vehicle access
