Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and referrals to build a prospect pipeline

• Service ongoing client needs and conduct needs assessments

• Sell new policies and retain existing clients

• Quote new business through outbound initiatives

• Actively participate in training initiatives and community marketing

Requirements:

• Previous Commercial Insurance or 2 years in Personal Insurance

• AIC Level 1 License or equivalent

• Excellent conflict resolution and customer service skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
