As a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor, you will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction at Cosmoprof Canada. This role involves a passion for beauty, assisting with hair color,cosmetics, and skin care, and embodying the values of Sally Beauty Holdings. Your mission is to ensure every customer feels informed and excited about their beauty journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships and inspire customer loyalty

• Recommend complementary beauty products

• Inform customers of promotions and events

• Set up displays to highlight sales initiatives

• Ensure enrollment in our Loyalty program

Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 25 lbs when needed

• May be exposed to fumes occasionally

• Comfortable standing and walking for long periods

• Some bending and lifting required

• Interest in the beauty industry
