Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth and develop customer relationships within the assigned region.
  • Execute strategic sales across a portfolio of equipment and related solutions, achieving or exceeding defined revenue targets.
  • Identify opportunities to expand revenue through direct sales and alternative acquisition models.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the territory, including customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Position yourself as a trusted advisor, aligning solutions with customer operational goals.
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of short and long‑term opportunities, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and forecasts.
  • Provide regular updates and insights on territory performance and market conditions.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of product offerings and competitive solutions, applying value‑based selling techniques.
  • Identify cross‑functional opportunities to introduce additional products or services.
  • Represent the organization in the marketplace and participate in relevant industry activities as needed.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, customer challenges, and competitive positioning.
  • Follow established sales processes and reporting requirements, providing feedback on market trends, pricing, and lost opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in sales, account management, or a related customer‑facing role is preferred.
  • Experience working with equipment, industrial, or technical products is an asset.
  • Proficiency with standard business software and CRM tools.
  • Strong relationship‑building and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify opportunities and develop new business.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Self‑motivated with a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Additional Requirements
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet travel requirements.
