American Eagle Brand Ambassador Position

Bring American Eagle's values to life as a Brand Ambassador. This part-time sales role focuses on providing exceptional service and grocery shopping experiences for all guests.

Engaging with customers is at the heart of this position where you'll effectively apply the AEO Selling Model. Your enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products will allow you to share meaningful recommendations. You'll work in various capacities around the store while making guest satisfaction a top priority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers using the AEO Selling Model

• Make tailored product suggestions to fit customer needs

• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program

• Flexibly assist in multiple store zones

• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to policies

Requirements:

• Love for interacting with people

• Retail experience advantageous

• Ability to perform in a busy retail environment

• Available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts

• At least 16 years old
