Key Responsibilities:

• Guide customers through the sales and rental processes

• Assess individual customer needs and match products accordingly

• Showcase and explain instrument features effectively

• Answer customer calls and inquiries promptly

• Assist in store merchandising and maintenance duties

Requirements:

• Musician status with proficiency in at least one instrument

• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Prior experience in retail or sales advantageous

• Ability to lift and manage large items
