Sales Manager for Senior Living Communities

In this role, you'll focus primarily on outside sales activities, connecting with prospects and referral sources. Develop a comprehensive 90-day Sales and Marketing Plan with the Executive Director and Regional Sales Manager, while consistently meeting sales standards. Your efforts will directly impact community occupancy rates and resident satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales calls to potential residents and referral sources

• Collaborate on a rolling 90-day Sales and Marketing Plan

• Generate weekly sales forecasts with actionable insights

• Facilitate staff training on sales processes and inquiries

• Maintain detailed records in Customer Relationship Management database

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of related sales experience required

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, strong customer service skills

• Must possess valid driver’s license and appropriate vehicle

• Intermediate computer skills and organizational abilities

• Knowledge of revenue and profitability factors
