In this hands‑on role, you’ll be responsible for repairs and preventive maintenance, working closely with our building operations team. Your work will ensure facilities run smoothly, tenant requests are handled promptly, and high standards are maintained across the board.

• Minimum of two or three years of previous experience considered an asset
• Completed Grade 12 education
• Clean Driver’s abstract required
• Able to use basic power tools and complete basic building maintenance
• Basic command of the English language (written and verbal)
• Exceptional skills in communications, organization, interpersonal, and time management
• Plumbing knowledge would be considered an asset
• Proven experience exercising good judgement under pressure
• Physically fit, able to stand, crouch, and kneel for long periods and lift in excess of 25 kg
• Carpentry/Construction skills considered an asset
• Strong customer care and communication skill

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as millwork (countertops), door repair/install, interior painting, drywall repairs, and similar duties.
• Knowledge of using various power tools; painting and drywall repairs an asset.
• Assist with building operations functions as required.
• Fit and install trim, doors, moulding, and hardware.
• Repair and refinish furniture.
• Perform finished carpentry for cabinets and other items.
• Operate a variety of standard power tools and equipment.
• Respond immediately to emergencies.
• Respond immediately to service requests and emergencies that address client and building-related issues.
