Position: Utility person V Role at Pacific Northern Gas
Take on a Utility person V role in Terrace, BC with Pacific Northern Gas, where you will support gas line operations and maintenance. This is an essential, hands-on position within the team.

Pacific Northern Gas is seeking Utility person V for six months, reporting to the Superintendent. In this role, you will perform unskilled labor as part of the Construction and Maintenance department, which includes digging and operating basic machinery. You'll also participate in site restoration efforts to uphold community standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct various construction activities as part of the crew

• Operate equipment like rock drills and compactors

• Restore work locations to pre-construction states

• Support maintenance of hydraulic equipment and trucks

• Prepare materials and assist with welding tasks

Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent

• Valid B.C. Class 5 Driver's License preferred

• Physically fit for demanding tasks

• Ability to endure long hours under various weather

• Effective verbal and written communication skills
