• Install, troubleshoot, and repair heating equipment at customer sites and shops.
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment rent-ready.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
• Train customers on safe and proper use of equipment.
• Travel up to 50% across North America – no two days are the same!

• Mechanical/electrical technical background (diesel, gas, HVAC, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable working independently and on the road.
• Experience dealing with customers and a strong focus on customer service.
• Good communication skills, along with regular use of cell phones and laptops.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to haul trailers if needed.
• Experienced working in a fast-paced, customer-focused and safety-first oriented environment.
