• Proven experience in carpentry, masonry, roofing, or general contracting
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, rebar installation, drywall, and siding
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding environments
• Strong understanding of construction safety standards

• Familiarity with construction estimating software
• Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
• Experience in restoration or renovation projects
