Journeyman Plumber and Gasfitter

JH Plumbing Ltd. is a growing plumbing company based in Blackfalds, Alberta, established in 2021. We provide professional plumbing, gas, and hydronics services throughout Central Alberta, specializing in new residential and commercial construction. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining strong safety standards and professionalism on every job site.

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Journeyman or 4th year Plumber to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing custom home plumbing, gas fitting, and hydronic heating installations. This role requires a commitment to high-quality workmanship, strong technical skills, and exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Complete gas fitting installations for appliances, fireplaces, boilers, and other residential systems
• Install and commission hydronic heating systems, including in-floor heating and mechanical room setups
• Read and interpret detailed blueprints
• Deliver high-quality workmanship with strong attention to detail and clean finishing standards
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe job sites at all times
• Ensure all work meets or exceeds Alberta plumbing and gas codes and safety regulations
• Properly operate and care for company tools, equipment, and vehicles

• Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate a company vehicle

• Plumbing: 4 years (required)

Licence/Certification:
