Experienced Plumbing Supervisor

This role is ideal for a supervisor with a proven track record in plumbing. You will mentor apprentices and journey people, manage project timelines, and serve as a pivotal communication link between stakeholders and field teams. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will contribute to the success of multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and guide apprentices and journey people on site

• Maintain compliance with industry safety and quality standards

• Cut openings and install plumbing fixtures efficiently

• Monitor project progress and forecast resource needs

• Oversee subcontractor activities and troubleshoot issues
Requirements:

• Plumbing Trade Certification/Red Seal mandatory

• At least 3 years' experience required

• 2nd Class Gas Certification is advantageous

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Focus on detail and ability to adhere to deadlines
