ELEMENT TECHNICAL SERVICES - ELECTRONICS / INSTRUMENTATION TECHNICAN (JORUNEYMAN OR APPRENTICE)

Has 1 to 3 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry. Will be required to do monthly PM services, software updates and training of lower-level techs.

• Has a good understanding of electrical theory
• Possess an advanced hand tool set.
• Awillingness to learn and retain information.
• Awillingness to train and share knowledge of Element equipment with other employees.
• To follow all safety processes and procedures.

• Siemens PLC courses
• Knowledge of engine/transmission diagnostic software.
• Employees will have the opportunity to attend training courses and will receive a certificate of completion at the end of each course.

• Basic understanding of the use of diagnostic software and how to use it.
• Proficient knowledge of hydraulic systems and their correct control settings.
• Can perform electro/hydraulic system troubleshooting.
• Proficient knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Has a good understanding on basic equipment operation and theory.
• Basic understanding of troubleshooting and repair of grease system.
• Assist level 3 electronics technicians with major projects
• Is proficient in performing all monthly PM services with no guidance.
• Must have a good understanding of electro-hydraulics pump systems.
