Position: Romaniuk HVAC Installer Role
Advance your HVAC career with Romaniuk, a division of Right Time Heating and Air Conditioning. We are looking for driven Lead Installers to support our installation and service operations.
Our ideal HVAC Lead Installer will have a passion for customer service and technical expertise in HVAC systems, ranging from furnaces to ductless air conditioners. You will be responsible for ensuring installations meet safety standards, educating customers about maintenance, and delivering stellar service on every call. A complete understanding of Energy Star processes is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform onsite installation of HVAC systems

• Ensure compliance with technical standards and codes

• Provide maintenance education to customers

• Conduct equipment inspections as necessary

• Solicit customer feedback and encourage online reviews
Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years HVAC installation/service experience

• Must possess a Gas Technician license

• Proven customer service and technical skills

• Clean driver's license and driving record

• Comfortable working at heights
