Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct locomotive inspections per regulations
• Perform scheduled servicing and repairs
• Replace diesel engine components as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of locomotives
• Generate reports for mechanical supervisors
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience as a Locomotive Mechanic
• Completion of an apprenticeship program
• Strong mechanical aptitude and schematics interpretation
• Valid Class 5 driver's license required
