Auto Body Technician

We’re looking for an Auto Body Technician to perform structural and non-structural repairs, disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while achieving the repair facility’s KPIs.

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
• Repair damage to vehicle body panels
• Vehicle disassembly and reassembly
• Repair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and vehicle accessories
• Remove and install welded and sectioned parts to a vehicle
• Assess and repair structural components of a vehicle
• Use frame equipment
• Apply new knowledge and skills to ensure a high level of quality and productivity, contributing to KPIs (Sales/CP/EBITA/BHPD/NPS)
• Take responsibility for outcomes and continuously seek learning opportunities to improve performance

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Completion of Post-Secondary Education in an Auto Body Repair Program

• Minimum 3 years of Auto Body Technician experience
• Welding experience (MIG, TIG welding)

• Red Seal or 310B is preferred
• I-Car Registered (working toward Gold Class certification)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Own toolbox
• Valid driver’s license required

$30 - $35 per hour, flat rate.

Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.
