Take charge as a Safety-Focused Driller, where your leadership in safety and crew management will directly impact operational excellence. Ensure all rig functions are executed safely and efficiently.

Your role involves supervising and mentoring a knowledgeable crew, with an emphasis on the safe operation of rig controls. Daily documentation of activities and thorough checks of equipment will be your key contributions. Additionally, you'll lead safety drills to engage the team in maintaining high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a strong crew effectively

• Promote safe operation and practices on the rig

• Document and report daily rig activities

• Conduct rigorous equipment checks as needed

• Facilitate safety meetings and drills regularly

Requirements:

• Required Journeyman Driller Ticket

• Certifications in H2S Alive, First Line

• Standard First Aid and Fall Protection compliance

• Knowledge and experience in Confined Space

• Strong focus on safety and team leadership
