Position: Heavy Equipment Technician On-Site Role
Join Wajax as a Heavy Duty Field Technician and leverage your mechanical skills for impactful work. This on-site role involves diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment while ensuring quality service for our customers.
Wajax is looking for a Heavy Equipment Technician with a Journeyman Red Seal certification and 2–3 years of hands-on experience in the field. You will inspect, service, and repair heavy equipment, engines, and components while building strong relationships with customers. Your responsibilities include creating service records and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and assess components for equipment servicing

• Communicate repair needs and service authorizations

• Execute repairs in-shop and on-site for customers

• Recondition equipment components as needed

• Complete documentation and service records accurately
Requirements:

• Journeyman Red Seal or equivalent trade certification

• 2–3 years' experience in equipment repair

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills

• Strong mechanical and analytical problem-solving skills

• Commitment to health and safety standards
