In this permanent, year-round position, you will be integral to completing precast concrete projects. Responsibilities include sealing panels, applying grout, and ensuring long-lasting finishes. Your attention to quality and collaboration with a skilled crew will be vital in maintaining Eagle Builders' high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and finish precast concrete joints and seams

• Apply caulking and sealants to panels effectively

• Inspect joints for quality and correct imperfections

• Operate necessary tools and equipment safely

• Collaborate and take direction from foreman or supervisor

Requirements:

• Valid Standard First Aid and Fall Protection certifications

• Class 5 license with reliable transportation

• Physically fit for demanding work

• Strong attention to detail and creativity

• Willingness to work away from home
