Position: Full-Time Heavy Equipment Technician

RME is seeking a skilled technician for a permanent position reporting to the Regional Aftermarket Service Manager. In this role, you will utilize strong technical skills to recondition and repair equipment, while maintaining accurate records of repairs and parts. Your contributions will enhance customer satisfaction and support local branches effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair and recondition all agriculture equipment components

• Maintain detailed records for time and parts used

• Communicate professionally with staff and customers

• Order necessary parts for repairs

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Strong technical skills in equipment repair

• Completion of a formal apprenticeship preferred

• Understanding of agriculture and construction industries

• Health and safety best practices knowledge

• Knowledge of New Holland and CASEIH equipment is a plus
