The Trotter & Morton Building Technologies team is expanding and looking for dedicated Sheet Metal Apprentices and Journey people. You will be integral to various construction projects, applying your knowledge of metal work and ensuring quality installations. A willingness to learn and a reliable work ethic is essential for success in our collaborative atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Measure and mark sheet metal according to specifications
• Utilize rigging and hoisting equipment safely
• Fabricate products including ducts and exhaust systems
• Install sheet metal as per building codes
• Conduct quality inspections on installations
Requirements:
• Appropriate sheet metal education and experience
• Certified Apprentice or Journeyperson
• Mechanical aptitude and physical fitness
• Strong attention to detail in tasks
• Capable of working effectively in diverse conditions
