Position: Full-Time Maintenance Technician at Mainstreet

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all building maintenance and repair duties

• Conduct minor plumbing and electrical repairs

• Carry out carpentry work, including drywall and framing

• Manage appliance installation and repairs

• Inspect and maintain boilers and HVAC systems

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of handyman/renovation experience

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

• Flexibility for on-call duties and weekend work

• Security clearance completion required

• Experience with emergency repairs and tenant requests
