This role requires active participation in assessing and documenting property damage caused by various disasters. You'll assist in the cleaning processes and operational logistics within the contents division, ensuring the highest standards of service. Excellent communication skills will be vital as you interact with clients and coordinate efforts effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Survey damage in residential and commercial properties
• Record all findings and submit necessary documentation
• Handle and clean contents impacted by damage
• Organize job equipment meticulously and maintain safety
• Participate in on-call scheduling as required
Requirements:
• Strong background in customer service
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Safe operation of company vehicles and equipment
• Capable of lifting weights up to 50lbs
