Service Technician

Position: Service Technician at Culligan
Join Culligan as a Service Technician specializing in residential water treatment equipment and customer service. Deliver exceptional service, maintain equipment, and ensure quality water solutions for clients.

This role involves the installation and maintenance of water treatment systems, POU water coolers, and coffee equipment for residential and light commercial clients. You will conduct pre-inspections, gather payments, and operate a company vehicle safely while fulfilling daily responsibilities. We're looking for someone with good mechanical aptitude and strong communication skills to excel in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain residential water treatment equipment

• Perform site pre-inspections for installations

• Collect payments and signatures during service visits

• Complete timely daily paperwork

• Provide exceptional customer service and support

Requirements:

• Experience as a service technician or in plumbing is an asset

• Valid driver's license and clean abstract required

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Capability to lift and move 50 lbs
