As a critical part of our construction crew, you will assist in installing precast components while ensuring site preparation and build progress. This role requires following crane signals and working alongside a dedicated team. Ideal candidates are safety-focused and can manage physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in installing precast wall panels on-site

• Complete site preparation work for installations

• Help with rigging and crane operations safely

• Collaborate with crew members throughout tasks

• Adhere to safety procedures while working at heights

Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 license and reliable transportation

• Availability to travel in Western Canada

• Ability to perform physically demanding work

• Strong English communication skills

• Coachable and reliable in tasks
