Installation at Eagle Builders is about setting panels safely, accurately, and as a team – every time.

We’re looking for someone who can handle physical work, follow direction, and stay focused in a fast-paced construction environment.

• Assist with installing precast wall panels and structural components
• Complete site prep and support overall progress of the build
• Assist with rigging and signaling for crane operations
• Work closely with a 3-5 person crew on-site
• Take direction from your foreman and contribute to team success
• Follow all safety procedures while working at heights and around active equipment

• Safety-focused – understands the risks and doesn’t take shortcuts
• Team-oriented – works well in a crew and supports others on-site
• Reliable and consistent – shows up ready to work and follows through
• Coachable – takes direction and improves with feedback
• Physically capable – handles demanding work without backing off

• Successful interview candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment assessment
• Valid Class 5 license and reliable transportation
• Available to work away from home Monday - Friday, occasional Saturdays
• Travel throughout Western Canada is a regular part of this position
• Physically able to perform physically demanding work for extended periods
• Comfortable working at heights with proper safety equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  
  Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)

• Experience installing precast structures
• Experience with equipment (skid steer, zoom boom, lifts)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• CSTS certification
