Join Element Technical Services as a Fluid Pump Operator in Red Deer, AB. This full-time role involves operating pumping equipment and maintaining safety protocols in well servicing.

As part of the Essential Coil Well Service division, you will work directly with coiled tubing units, ensuring efficient pump operations and equipment maintenance. Candidates should have a valid Class 1 Driver’s License and be prepared for both remote work and physical assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate pumping equipment for well servicing tasks

• Drive specialized equipment to and from job sites

• Perform preventative maintenance on all assigned equipment

• Monitor well control parameters during operations

• Assemble equipment for installation and inspections

Requirements:

• Valid Class 1 Driver’s License with good record

• Certified in H2S Alive, First Aid, and Fall Protection

• Able to pass physical fitness tests and drug screens

• Willingness to work away from home for extended durations
