We're looking for a motivated 1st Year Cladding Installer to join our team in Red Deer, Alberta area. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the construction trades.

• Assist with the installation of exterior cladding systems (metal, composite, etc.)
• Measure, cut, and fit cladding materials to specification
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized worksite
• Work alongside experienced installers and learn industry best practices
• Assist with material handling and equipment setup

• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver's license is an asset
• Previous construction experience is an asset but not required
• Must be reliable and punctual
