We're looking for a skilled 2nd Year Cladding Installer to join our team in the Red Deer/Blackfalds, Alberta area. This is a great opportunity for someone with foundational experience looking to continue building their career in the construction trades.

• Install exterior cladding systems (metal, ACM, etc.) with increasing independence
• Accurately measure, cut, and fit cladding materials to specification
• Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
• Assist in mentoring 1st year installers and apprentices
• Identify and troubleshoot minor installation issues
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized worksite
• Assist with material handling, equipment setup, and site coordination

• Minimum 2 year of hands-on cladding installation experience
• Working knowledge of cladding materials, tools, and installation techniques
• Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• A valid driver's license and operational vehicle
• Ability to read basic blueprints and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and quality of work
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
