Position: Red Seal Mechanic Needed at Olymel
Join Olymel's dynamic team as a Journeyperson/Red Seal Industrial Mechanic in Red Deer. This role is critical for maintaining machinery that drives operational excellence in a reliable work environment.

Olymel offers an exciting opportunity for certified mechanics to take on challenges in machinery maintenance. Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and maintain equipment in a large production facility. Candidates must be motivated to enhance operational efficiency and uphold the company’s commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot mechanical and pneumatic systems

• Fabricate replacement parts with machine tools

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment

• Use LOTO procedures for safety during maintenance

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Hold a valid Alberta Journeyman or Red Seal Certification

• At least 2 years of relevant industry experience

• Ability to perform physical tasks

• Flexible for evening working hours

• Strong English communication skills
