Prokey Living Maintenance Technician Role

You will directly support property management efforts by executing maintenance and inspections. Working under the Site Manager, your role is integral to maintaining safety standards and property aesthetics while ensuring efficient work processes. Your hands-on expertise in trades such as plumbing and electrical systems will enhance our operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose building maintenance problems

• Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance

• Perform light carpentry, drywall, and general repairs

• Oversee contractors and coordinate service access for tenants

• Maintain maintenance reports meticulously

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; trade certification preferred

• Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs.

• Attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Ability to work independently and in diverse weather conditions

• WHMIS certification is beneficial
