Your responsibilities include evaluating damage, providing detailed documentation, and managing cleaning processes for contents. Following safety protocols is essential as you interact with both customers and colleagues throughout the restoration journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform damage surveys and evaluations on-site
• Complete succinct documentation of job processes
• Execute cleaning and restoration tasks efficiently
• Maintain organization of equipment and supply orders
• Adhere to safety protocols while on calls
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Proven customer service background
• Ability to function in hazardous conditions safely
• Knowledge of technology and communication tools
• Must lift up to 50lbs safely and effectively
