Service Foreman at Brandt

Lead the Service Department at Brandt's Ponoka branch as a Service Foreman with a strong Agriculture background. This role focuses on supervising technicians and ensuring quality service in alignment with standards.

As a Service Foreman, you will oversee the effective management of the service team, stepping in as the Service Manager when needed.

Your role will include assigning work orders, diagnosing machine problems, and responding to customer inquiries. You will also supervise in-house training and ensure safety standards are adhered to within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign jobs to Service Department employees based on skills

• Inspect and repair special tools, recommending new ones

• Act as a technical point-of-contact for service inquiries

• Coordinate technician training and conduct safety meetings

• Bill work orders and manage customer complaints

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience as Service Technician

• Preferred Journeyman certification in Agriculture

• Familiarity with John Deere products

• Forklift license preferred

• Strong communication and decision-making skills
