Element Technical Services is seeking HET Journeyman Mechanics to join their team in Red Deer, Alberta. These full-time roles offer rotational schedules and the opportunity to work on FRAC and Coil Tubing equipment in the oil and gas industry. Ideal candidates are experienced mechanics with strong diagnostic skills and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

- Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical & hydraulic systems
- Strong computer skills with diagnostic software
- Ability to work independently and provide guidance to others
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions and on rotational schedules
- Previous diagnostic and troubleshooting experience with Cummins ISX

- Truck/Trailer repair and Cvip experience
