Site Superintendent

The Site Superintendent is responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This role serves as the primary on‑site point of coordination across contractors, engineering teams, and stakeholders, driving execution, safety compliance, and quality control. This individual will be critical in leading day‑to‑day site operations across electrical, structural, and MEP scopes, ensuring all installations meet project specifications, codes, and data center facility standards.

• Maintain daily logs in Procore
• Coordinate daily with GC, client, MEP, and FSR teams
• Lead daily safety meetings and enforce site safety standards
• Participate in GC meetings to review progress and resolve issues
• Conduct daily site walks to verify task completion, quality, and safety
• Manage site resources, materials, and equipment with POC/PM
• Track equipment deliveries and ensure install readiness
• Monitor and resolve commissioning and change request issues

• 5‑10 YOE of construction experience (site supervision or field leadership experience required)
• Data center or mission‑critical project experience
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specs, and MEP systems
• Experience with project tools (Procore preferred)

$120,000 - $130,000 annually

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
