** Pay Range:**   $91.50 - $98.54/ hour

** What's the Job?*
* + Manage and direct base build, core and shell construction activities for large-scale data center projects.

+ Coordinate project execution by developing detailed plans, schedules, and resource strategies to achieve project goals.

+ Review and approve contracts, cost estimates, and project deliverables while ensuring compliance with project requirements.

+ Present project updates, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders, clients, and leadership teams.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and operations to ensure successful project delivery.

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

+ 10+ years of construction management experience, including hands-on experience supporting data center construction projects.

+ Proven experience managing large-scale commercial or mission-critical construction projects from planning through execution.

+ Strong knowledge of construction practices, project management methodologies, and safety standards.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with Bluebeam and Primavera P6 is preferred. PMP/PMI certification is a plus.
