6–8 days a month preferably Tuesdays & Thursdays (open to Discussion).

Responsibilities:

Monarch Dental, an affiliate of Smile Brands, is dedicated to delivering full‑service dentistry at our thriving, high‑volume practices. Endodontists enjoy a competitive production‑based compensation plan.

• Consistent Patient Referrals: 20‑30 average monthly referrals (based on the office)
• Schedule:
  
  6–8 days a month preferably Tuesdays & Thursdays but other days can be discussed

• Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) required
• Endodontic Specialty Certificate
• Active DEA License or in Process

You will provide a wide range of endodontic procedures for your patients and provide support for our entire dental team at each dental practice you visit. You will have full autonomy over your patients and their endodontic needs and you will not have to worry about the day‑to‑day operations of running a practice.

Compensation is based on a percentage of daily production.
