We are seeking a Chief Critical Infrastructure Engineer to serve as the senior technical authority responsible for uptime, performance, and operational excellence across mission‑critical data center environments. This role provides strategic and hands‑on leadership over critical infrastructure systems, operational standards, and incident response while ensuring world‑class reliability and customer confidence.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in data center or mission‑critical facility operations, strong people leadership, and the ability to drive standards, processes, and continuous improvement at scale.

• Establish, review, and continuously improve operational processes, standards, MOPs, and SOPs
• Drive consistency, quality, and compliance across all critical infrastructure operations
• Serve as the senior technical decision‑maker and subject matter expert

• Oversee all technical facility operations including:
• UPS and generators
• Mechanical and HVAC systems
• Building Management Systems (BMS)
• Ensure continuous uptime and optimal system performance
• Lead incident response, emergency management, and root cause analysis to minimize impact to operations

• Oversee planning and execution of infrastructure projects and customer deployments
• Ensure readiness of space, power, cooling, and network resources
• Provide technical leadership and hands‑on support during customer onboarding and solution implementation

• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly operational metrics and performance reports
• Communicate system health, risks, and improvement opportunities to leadership and stakeholders
• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering and facilities teams
• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement

• Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards and regulations including:
• ISO 9000
• ISO 14000
• OHSAS 18000
• Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives

• 7+ years of progressive experience in data center operations, critical infrastructure, or mission‑critical environments
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience managing technical teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
