- Perform detailed data analysis and KPI monitoring to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain virtual dashboards and reporting tools.
- Facilitate process improvement initiatives
- Performa detailed data analysis
- Coordinate and communicate with all levels within the organization, as well as regulatory agencies
- Demonstrate general skills required for this posting
- Adhere to General Work Requirements
- Identify non value-added activities and suggest improvement methods
- Support corrective action process and coordinate related activities
- Prepare detailed presentations in support of technical reviews
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Pursuing a technical degree in aerospace engineering, manufacturing engineering or a quality related discipline
(graduation date of 2026 - 2028) - Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent skills in data collection and analysis to identify systemic issues
- Experience in root cause and corrective action
- Familiar with tools such as DMAIC, 8D, 5-Whys, Six-Sigma, etc
