Qualifications &

Experience:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
• Prior experience in a school-based SLP role highly valued
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to engage collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary and high school students
• Monitor and document student progress, updating goals as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Educate students, staff, and families on communication strategies
